Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. For shipments to Europe please submit your order and a company representative will contact you via email for possible shipment. This is mainly to protect you the customer, as your credit card protection rights are not the same when ordering from abroad.

Your goods are shipped usually within 2-3 working days please expect a further 2 days for delivery.

All items are returnable within 30 days as per your statuary rights. However if the goods are just unwanted and are not damaged, or used then you will be charged a admin fee of £10 to restock them.

It is essential you check your delivery before you sign receipt. Any items missing or damaged will be charged to your credit card. However, provided you contact us within 2 hours of receipt with any discrepancies or problems it is likely we will resolve them for you.
